Feel your stuff. Laugh a little. Heal a lot.

Maybe you’re overthinking everything, feeling overwhelmed, or holding it together for everyone else while wondering when you get to fall apart a little. Maybe you know exactly what you want to work on, or maybe all you’ve got is “I don’t know, I just don’t feel like myself.” Both are welcome here.
I’m Monica, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts and Rhode Island with over a decade of clinical experience. I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and all the complicated stuff that comes with being human.
My style is warm, collaborative, and honest, with a little humor when the moment calls for it. We’ll make room for what you’re feeling, get curious about the patterns that keep showing up, and figure out what might help. Sometimes that means slowing down and talking through something hard. Other times, it means practicing a boundary, learning a skill, or taking one manageable step toward change.
You don’t need to filter yourself, have the “right” answers, or turn your life into a neat little summary. There’s room for tears, laughter, uncertainty, and “I have no idea where to start.”
Come as you are. We’ll start there.
Maybe you’ve been wondering whether medication could help, or you’re already taking something and aren’t sure it’s the right fit. Maybe the idea feels overwhelming, and you’d like to ask a few questions first. You don’t have to figure it out on your own.
I’m Rachael, a psychiatric nurse practitioner with more than fourteen years of nursing experience, including work in inpatient and outpatient mental health care.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and centered around you. We’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, what you’ve tried, and what you’d like to feel different. Together, we’ll explore whether medication could be helpful, discuss your options, and make a plan that takes your concerns and preferences seriously.
There’s room to ask questions, talk honestly about side effects, and say when something isn’t working for you. Finding the right support can take adjustments, and we’ll work through those together.
You’re a person, not a checklist of symptoms. My goal is to help you feel heard, informed, and supported, with a little room for laughter along the way.
Maybe you’ve been feeling down, caught up in worry, or affected by experiences that are hard to leave behind. Maybe you’re concerned about your substance use, or what you’re going through feels difficult to explain. You don’t need to have all the words before reaching out.
I’m Kerry Ahlquist, and I have sixteen years of experience working in mental health and substance use care. I work with people navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, psychotic disorders, and substance use concerns.
My approach is collaborative and centered around you. We’ll spend time understanding what’s been difficult, how it’s affecting your everyday life, and what you’d like to see change. Together, we can explore patterns in your thoughts and responses, practice ways to manage difficult emotions, and work through any mixed feelings about making changes. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and motivational interviewing, adapting our work to your needs and goals.
There’s room to talk openly, ask questions, and let me know when something doesn’t feel helpful. You have a say in the direction we take and the pace we move.
You don’t have to know exactly where to begin. We can figure out a starting point together.
