Let’s be honest...life doesn’t come with a manual. If it did, my job would be a whole lot easier (and I’d have much less coffee in my life).
I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) (in MA and RI) with over a decade of experience supporting humans through just about every chapter life can throw at them. I’ve worked with children, adolescents, young adults, older adults, and geriatric clients, each in different seasons of struggle and growth. From navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, and life transitions to walking alongside families and individuals coping with serious mental illness and end-of-life care. I’ve truly seen it all, and then some.
In fact, I’ve had the privilege of working with an even wider range of people than I could possibly list here, and I use a mix of evidence-based treatment approaches to meet you exactly where you are.
Therapy with me is never one-size-fits-all. It’s flexible, collaborative, and centered around what you need.
My work is grounded in compassion, some humor, and a deep respect for the human experience. I’ve sat with people at their lowest and laughed with them in moments of unexpected lightness. Whether you're a parent barely hanging on, a teen figuring out who they are, an adult drowning in "shoulds," or someone simply trying to cope with the weight of change...I’m here for it. All of it.
Ready to talk to someone who gets it?
Let’s get started. No judgment, just support, and maybe a joke or two along the way.
Let me help you start your next Chapter.

Some days, life feels like it’s juggling flaming torches while riding a unicycle, and therapy and self-care are important, but sometimes you need a little extra support to keep all the pieces in the air. That’s where I come in.
I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner with over three years in this role, and more than fourteen years of nursing experience overall. I’ve spent the last four-plus years specializing in mental health, working with people across inpatient and outpatient settings, from teens to geriatrics, and everything in between. I’ve worked with a wide range of mental health challenges, and I bring that experience to every person I meet.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in real-world understanding. Medication isn’t one-size-fits-all, so I work with you to figure out what helps you feel steadier, clearer, and more in control of your mental health. Along the way, we can laugh, take a breath, and find moments of lightness, even in the hard stuff.
If you’re looking for someone to help you navigate the medical side of mental health without judgment, stress, or unnecessary complexity, you’ve found them. I’m here to listen, guide, and support you, so you can focus on coping, thriving, and maybe even enjoying life a little more.
Let’s figure it out together.
