 Let’s be honest...life doesn’t come with a manual. If it did, my job would be a whole lot easier (and I’d have much less coffee in my life).

I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over a decade of experience supporting humans through just about every chapter life can throw at them. I’ve worked with children, adolescents, young adults, older adults, and geriatric clients, each in different seasons of struggle and growth. From navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, and life transitions to walking alongside families and individuals coping with serious mental illness and end-of-life care. I’ve truly seen it all, and then some.

In fact, I’ve had the privilege of working with an even wider range of people than I could possibly list here, and I use a mix of evidence-based treatment approaches to meet you exactly where you are.

 Therapy with me is never one-size-fits-all. It’s flexible, collaborative, and centered around what you need.

My work is grounded in compassion, some humor, and a deep respect for the human experience. I’ve sat with people at their lowest and laughed with them in moments of unexpected lightness. Whether you're a parent barely hanging on, a teen figuring out who they are, an adult drowning in "shoulds," or someone simply trying to cope with the weight of change...I’m here for it. All of it.
